The 83-year-old male was diagnosed with primary liver cancer. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination revealed a tumor in the right lobe of the liver with a maximum diameter of 42 mm. The patient cannot tolerate surgery at an advanced age, so hepatic arterial chemoembolization was performed to prolong the patient's life. Intraoperative deb embolization was applied. At the same time, 3d-ct was used to identify the blood vessels of liver cancer and embolizes lymph node metastasis.
