Dr. Liping Li earned his MD degree at Zhongshan Medical School of Sun Yat-Sen University(China) in 2009. He pursued his Master’s and Doctor’s degree at Fudan University(China) from 2009 to 2016, majoring in Surgery. During his Ph.D study, he also joined a predoc program at University of Illinois at Chicago. Now he works as a postdoctoral fellow at NICHD/NIH.
Dr. Li’s areas of interest include Myeloproliferative neoplasms, Acute myeloid leukemia, Neuroendocine tumor, Cancer immunotherapy, Epigenetic therapy. His current focus is cancer biology and tumor microenvironment, including tumor-associated macrophage and tumor-derived exosome. He has 5 first authored articles published on Cancer Research and J Cell Mol Med and 15 co-authored articles published on Nature Immunology and leukemia. He serves as a referee for multiple peer-reviewed medical journals.
