Dr. Zhi-Min Yuan is Professor of Radiobiology and Director of John B. Little Center. Dr. Yuan received his PhD (Biomedicinal Chemistry) from University of Maryland in 1993. His expertise includes characterization of c-Abl tyrosine kinase in stress, elucidation of mechanisms for regulation of tumor suppressor p53, and investigation of mechanisms underlying the correlation of aging and cancer with a focus on the importance of the tissue microenvironment. Dr. Yuan is member of American Association for Radiation Research and American Cancer Society.
