Here we report a case of 50 mm lump within the left breast in a 56 years old man. The patient underwent left total mastectomy and sentinel node biopsy. The pathology report showed low-grade intracystic papillary breast carcinoma surrounded by ductal carcinoma in situ. Sentinel node biopsy was negative. The patient was prescribed five years tamoxifen.
